I am renting out my newly renovated apartment to visitors in Paris. A few steps away from the river Seine where you can have great food on lovely barges and enjoy a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, the apartment is located in a very Parisian, very upscale and very secure neighborhood with an open-air market, one of the best bakeries in the city, two wine cellars, lots of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.

The apartment is very calm, very bright and airy and can easily accommodate UP TO 7 PERSONS. I really hope your stay in Paris will be super enjoyable in this place. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower on a beautiful promenade, not along but right in the middle of the river or straight up from the apartment. The Eiffel Tower stands proudly in the distance from the street where the apartment is located. other points of interest are 10 to 20 minutes away from the apartment thanks to a very convenient Métro/RER. 

Easy access to/from Charles-de-Gaulle airport (60 minutes with the Métro).

Super easy access to/from Gare du Nord (the bus at the foot of my building goes straight to there).
